1. Do you cover my area?
We cover Islington N1, Barnsbury N1, Canonbury N1, East Finchley N2, Finchley Central N3, Finsbury Park N4, Manor House N4, Highbury N5, Highgate N6, Holloway N7, Hornsey N8, Crouch End N8, Lower Edmonton N9, Muswell Hill N10, Friern Barnet N11, New Southgate N11, North Finchley N12, Woodside Park N12, Palmers Green N13, Southgate N14, Seven Sisters N15, Stoke Newington N16, Stamford Hill N16, Tottenham N17, Upper Edmonton N18, Archway N19, Tufnell Park N19, Whetstone N20, Totteridge N20, Winchmore Hill N21, Wood Green N22, Alexandra Palace N22 and North London. 2. Can I meet the cleaner?
Yes, we will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at any time convenient for you. You can discuss your priorities with them personally.
3.Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured for all damages.
4. Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
No, the cleaners are experienced and reliable so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.
5. Will I have the same cleaner every week?
Yes providing you are happy with your cleaner! If you are not, simply give us a call, and we will find another one for you.
6. Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want cleaning at the weekend?
No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.
7. What happens if I move house?
We will transfer your account to another address in the North Finchley area or terminate your contract.
8. What will happen if my cleaner is on holiday and I still need cleaning at home?
We will provide holiday cover for your regular cleaner by prior agreement if required.
9. Can I trust your cleaners and give a set of keys of my home?
You can give keys to our cleaners. Most of our clients are working busy people and the cleaners working on our behalf are key holders.
10. Am I insured?
Yes, we maintain full insurance cover in case of any accidental damage.
11.What do I do if the cleaner doesn't turn up?
If this should happen, please call us and we can arrange another cleaner to come.
12. Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes. 90% of our cleaners hold keys for client's homes.
13. Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Yes. We require 2 hours minimum per cleaning visit.
14.What if I go on holiday or need to cancel?
That is no problem, please give us at least a few days notice of the days you would like to cancel and we can arrange this for you .
